Drive Over Perforated Plates

Drive over perforated plates are built of a welded frame with strong cross braces, after which a 2 mm thick fully perforated plate with a hole size of 1.5 mm is wrapped so that both grain and seeds can be dried.

Drive over flooring is also available as perforated boards with either 2.0 or 1.5 mm holes for special crops with very small seeds.

In addition, the drive over perforated plates are distinguished by having the following advantages:

Channel with drive over perforated plates are cast into a newly laid floor or mounted in concrete on existing floors.

Casting boxes

Our special casting boxes are extremely popular and the most user-friendly on the market. It facilitates the casting work and also makes the ducts very easy to clean. The standard depth of the casting boxes is 30 cm, but they are also available in other depths, e.g. 20 and 40 cm. Common to them all is that they are made of galvanized steel.

The joints are made with special wall hooks, which ensure optimal stability. Our casting boxes with drive over perforated plates provide a flat and non-slip floor that can withstand up to 10 tonnes of axle load.
