Round Arch Channels

The round arch channel is made of strong, hot-dip galvanized steel sheets, which are pressed into profile at a pressure of 200 tonnes.

In contrast to the usual rolling, our production method enables a special profiling, which increases the strength of the channel by approx. 50%. In addition, a high dimensional accuracy and a very high load-bearing capacity are achieved.

The well-known round arch channel is available in many variants:

• G900
• G1600
• G2500
• G3500
• Fully perforated
• Semi-perforated (closed top)
• 1,5 mm holes (for drying small seeds)
• 2,0 mm holes
• 10,0 mm holes (for drying i.a. potatoes and onions)
