Knuthenborg

At the end of 2017, we received an inquiry from Knuthenborg Estate on Lolland. They wanted to change a lot in the crop rotation, where fewer sugar beets were to be grown and then grass seeds were to be grown instead.

We were asked if we would help rebuild an existing machine house into a large planned warehouse – and we would. Initially, approx. half the building taken into use.

4 meter high pressure-resistant walls were built as well as a 4 meter high self-supporting main channel, all in our popular steel trapezoidal walls.

The drying floor became a drive over hardwood floor and three 50 HP blowers and a Supercontroller were fitted to make sure they could dry their crops properly.

Subsequently, in 2020, several walls have been built and the possibility of storing and aerating crops at the other end of the building.
